By downloading or using RAW+JPG Cull ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Moonlight Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
The App reads, modifies, and can delete files in folders and external volumes you pick. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your photos and RAW files. The App writes ratings to .xmp sidecar files and can move or delete files at your explicit direction.
We strongly recommend keeping an independent backup of any card or folder before culling.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. RAW decoding depends on Apple's Core Image RAW pipeline and may not support every camera model or firmware revision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonlight Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App. You accept the risk of using file-modifying software on your own working files.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Camera manufacturer names (Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Olympus / OM System, Pentax, Leica, Hasselblad, Phase One, Sigma, Samsung, Minolta, Epson, Mamiya, Leaf, Kodak, Adobe) and their file-format acronyms are trademarks of their respective owners. The App reads their RAW formats via Apple's system frameworks; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any camera or software manufacturer.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
