These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application Bloks ("the app") published by Moonlight Studio. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms.
Moonlight Studio grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use Bloks on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not (a) reverse‑engineer, decompile or disassemble the app except as permitted by applicable law; (b) sell, rent, lease or distribute the app; (c) use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app, including its source code, art assets, level designs, sounds and text, is owned by Moonlight Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual‑property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Bloks is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonlight Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
